The catalyst for REverb was unmet market need. Founder & lead property manager Jon Lewis and his greater family began investing in Nashville real estate in 2020. What began as a passive activity soon expanded into his full-time vocation. Recurring challenges third-party firms had fulfilling their obligations, both to him & his family as property owners, as well as to their properties' tenants caused his reevaluation. Lewis envisioned a better way which led to the formation of REverb in 2023. In 2024, after proving and refining the new paradigm for Lewis' properties, REverb began offering its integrated property management capabilities to others with Nashville-area real estate investments and those seeking to acquire them.
